Payment
We currently accept VISA, MasterCard and Paypal through the web store. If you are local to Ann Arbor and want to shop at our store, we are happy to take a personal check as well.
Returns and Exchanges
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of package receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend shipping with delivery confirmation/tracking and insurance since we are not responsible for lost packages.
We are unable to accept back any exchanges that have been washed, worn or used. All items must contain ALL original packaging. Please include a copy of your receipt so we can process your exchange. Once we receive your exchange we will issue a store credit to your account. If your order was shipped with FREE shipping then your credit will be reduced by the cost of the original shipping.
Please note that clearance items are FINAL SALES and have no warranty.
Once we receive your return we will issue a store credit using a "gift card" number. You can use this gift card number anytime buy entering it in the "gift card" field at checkout. Please save this number because we can not reissue it.
We do not issue refunds for returns.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, the payment is processed that evening. If you decide to cancel the order you may do so as long as it has not been shipped. If the payment has already processed you will be charged a 5% restocking fee to cancel the order. We will need you to call the store so that we can process the refund over the phone.
Product Defects
If for any reason you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. In most cases we will take the product back and replace it as long as it falls under the manufacturer's warranty. If we do not have a proper replacement in stock we may put you in contact with the manufacturer.
Important Additional Information
Tree City Diapers ships packages within 3 business days, Monday through Friday. We ship via USPS and FedEx. When you check out you will be given the option of Economy or Priority. Economy may include first class mail, parcel post, FedEx/UPS Ground. Priority packages are shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground; this option does not mean that your package will leave our store faster then Economy. Insurance is not required but highly suggested. If a package is lost or damaged in transit we can NOT file a claim on your behalf unless you have purchased insurance.
Coupons & Discounts
Discount and coupon codes are non-transferable. Coupons and discounts can not be combined with any other offers or used on package deals. They do not have any cash value and can only be applied towards store merchandise.
Pricing Policies
In the event of a pricing error we reserve the right to cancel orders. We are committed to selling products at MSRP and occasionally errors are made when inputting items on the web. If this happens we will correct the pricing and cancel orders if the correct price is not agreeable.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are non-transferable. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and can not be returned for a cash refund. The gift certificate can only be used to purchase store merchandise. Any unused balance will be placed in your account as store credit. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate you are responsible for the balance.
Security and Privacy
We hate spam just as much as you do. On a very rare occasion we may send out an email to our customers to notify them of specials, sales or promotions. We will NEVER sell your contact information to anyone!
The security of your payment details and personal information is of the utmost importance to us. For this reason, we never see, nor do we retain, any credit card information. All credit card payments are encrypted and processed through our secure payment gateway and are used only for the transaction that you authorize. Your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail are used only for communications with us and to ship your order.
