Due to inconsistencies with foreign postal services we NO LONGER ship internationally. Please contact us if you need assistance finding products in your country.
Shipping Rates
All orders shipped within the US are charged a flat rate shipping fee based on total cart value (see chart below). Economy shipping could include USPS First Class Mail, Parcel Post or UPS/FedEx Ground. Priority shipping orders will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail or UPS/FedEx Ground. We do NOT do overnight shipping.

Shipping Times
All in-stock orders will ship within 3 business days (Monday-Friday, not including government holidays) regardless of shipping method chosen. The difference between Economy and Priority is the method used for shipping, it does not mean it will ship from our store any sooner. If there is a rush order please contact us before ordering and we will try to make arrangements. Keep in mind that packages are shipped from Ann Arbor, Michigan; economy packages to the West Coast could take 7-14 business days in transit.
Alaska and Hawaii Shipping:
We are happy to ship to Alaska and Hawaii but due to the added expense certain products may require additional shipping charges. This applies to oversized items, liquid items and drop shipped item. Please contact us ahead of time if you have questions.
Postal Insurance
Insurance is optional but strongly recommend. The option of insurance is left up to you (the customer) and should be made at the time you place your order. You can choose to add insurance as you are ordering by adding it to your cart as if you were purchasing an item. Please add 1 insurance "item" for every $50 that your cart contains. If a package is lost by the post office we can not make a claim on you behalf unless you have purchased insurance!
Tree City Diapers is NOT responsible for packages lost through the postal service, or any other method used to ship products. Please look over your order before it is placed. Make sure all items in your cart are what you want to purchase. If you have any questions and or concerns regarding an order or item please contact us before placing your order. We will make every effort to answer any and all questions to your approval.
